Executive Assistant: support the CEO with administrative needs including scheduling meetings, overseeing HR functions, managing office budget. Billing- ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and relationship with many 3rd party vendors. 

Overseeing strategy, performance, and evolution of digital campaign efforts, building and developing website, email, and print marketing.


Domino's Pizza Franchisee

​1999 - 2009

Two years prior I was a part-time phone order taker (real title) and eventually given more responsibilities. 

​Created cross-training method to reduce labor by
5%. Controlled labor and food costs while balancing variable costs to generate a weekly AWUS of $10k with a record of $23K. Domino's only projected a weekly average of $5k with a record of $10K. I took that on as a challenge.

Learned to speak Spanish to ensure labor, and cross-trained to take orders in Spanish, recognized this was an underutilized market that only had a language barrier. 


Opened 2nd location in 2007 project management of entire construction process, hiring subcontractors, contract negotiations, and permit requirements.


Full control of local marketing efforts through print, radio, direct mail, and TV. Creative direction and control of design and offers. Crushed 3 competitors in four years with a population count of 10,000. My dollar per order average was $28 - unheard of in such a small market. That meant every household in my DMA spent $4.68 a week at my store.


Oversaw budgeting and forecasting of operations, HR responsibilities, and training of employees to maintain a 28% turnover rate. That's the type of management you want!
